Hello, I'm Rob. I'm a multidisciplinary design engineer, recently graduating from the Dyson School of Design Engineering. I'm enthusiastic and pragmatic, and look forward to applying my skills to projects that truly excite me. Please take a look around some of my previous work, and come back soon! ABOUT ME.


I am from Staffordshire, UK, and lived in London for 4 years studying a masters in Design Engineering at Imperial College.

For me, great design is humble. It has purpose, and it successfully performs it's purpose unobtrusively. It does not scream and shout about how great it is - rather it seamlessly become part of life and in doing so, changes it for the better.

I have always been fascinated by design and technology, in particular the innovation of it, the greatest innovations being those that change the way we experience each other and our environment.

The positioning of my skill set between design thinking and a technical background provides me with a great opportunity to help develop truly valuable products and services from both a human centered and environmental perspective.

Among an enthusiasm for making things, I enjoy exploring the outdoors and sporting activities. I have skills including sketching, rapid prototyping, programming, CAD, FEA, graphic design, rendering, video production and presenting.

I am currently seeking roles in design and development, ideally focussing on physical products.
